Dancers:

This position requires someone that is willing to dance, accept tips, can focus on multiple people unless you are a private only dancer. No dancer is forced to allow anyone to touch them. We ask for at least one public dance every week to keep dancers active. Not required to have any work experiences, training or skill. Everything comes with practice. Sex is not a requirement for this position. Gender doesn't matter.

Bartenders:

This position requires a bit of skill in not breaking things. One doesn't have to be fancy with tricks for this position. Can start from scratch if wanting the position bad enough. The staff is required to be active at least once every other day if possible. Knowledge of drinks is a plus in having this position. Not required to do other positions, take offers for sex or do things staff is uncomfortable with.

Security:

This position requires someone with common sense, willingness to insert themselves in situations and keep the peace. This position is a constant thing when in the club even if one is enjoying a dance or a drink or such. This position has great power but also great responsibility. These people answer directly to Echo.

Wait Staff:

This position requires one to move about the strip complex moving food from kitchen or drink from bar to patrons. A friendly personality helps in this as well as a good memory. These staff members are not expected to do more than to bring things to patrons and bring dishes back to kitchen. They are not required to have sex, dance, bartend or anything else. Active as much as possible. Gender doesn't matter.

DJs:

This position is for those with good tastes in music, willing to take requests and help supply music to events. Active as much as possible, willingness to post links in main for music, and friendly helps. Another position not required to do anything but DJ. Gender doesn't matter.

Escorts:

This position entails a lot of things. This is really dependant on what the staff member is comfortable with. Bare minimum would be the girlfriend/boyfriend experience without sex. This means dates, affection, total attention, holding hands and all that. The staff can choose to have sex or not with patrons or other staff members. These members are the ones who usually use the private rooms everywhere. Respect this class of staff, Echo will not tolerate her escorts being treated poorly. Gender doesn't matter. Willingness to touch others, focus time on just one person, and perhaps having sex with strangers helps.
